Grilled Eggplant With Goat Cheese

It is the purpose of this series, to bring you, the best of ideas to get the maximum enjoyment out of our Product.

A Lightweight To Prepare but.. A Giant In Flavor And Taste !

Don't crank up the big Grill just yet, unless you are planning on having a nice piece of Steak with this delectable Vegetable dish. Oh, btw. and before I get involved with the details of our dish today, I want to tell you a few facts about it; Did you know that, botanically, the Eggplant is actually considered a Berry and that it originated in China and India, where it was cultivated and enjoyed as a common Vegetable for thousands of years? Ho hum.. focus! Break off the stem and wash your Eggplant before you slice it into 5 or 6 slices (lengthwise). Lightly paint the slices with some Olive Oil and spice them with your favorite Delicious Noise, put them on the Grill and sear them on both sides, at medium heat for 90 to 120 seconds each. Dice up some Tomatoes and some fresh Goat Cheese, place the slightly crispy Eggplant on the plate, top them with the Tomatoes and the Cheese, garnish it all with some fresh Basil and balance the flavor with some additional Delicious Noise... et voila!

It would be wonderful if you were willing to share your own experience and how you used Delicious Noise, with everyone in our gourmet Community and in turn get inspired by some of the ideas you can find here. We would like to share your unique idea with a photo, in this very venue!
