Shipping

• Any order over $27.00 is free, straight to your door!
• After placing your order, our in-stock products will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-8 days.
• The shipping/delivery time for wholesale/bulk booking (above 10 pounds) may take more time than usual orders
• Priority mail (express 2-days) shipping options are available during checkout for an additional cost based on selected service and total weight of items.

Processing

• Once your order is placed, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
• Silkbasket cannot be held liable for delivery time/ confirmed deliveries by USPS. If your order has been confirmed as delivered or for delayed deliveries, we recommend that you first call your local post office to inquire further.

Return

We at SilkBasket always focused on providing only pure and natural products. Every order is closely inspected prior to shipment. Incase if you notified any damage, please do contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
