The Porterhouse Steak

One of the finest pieces of meat available!

The Porterhouse Steak, a giant Steak from the cattle's back, not to be construed with the T-bone Steak, which maybe of a some what lesser quality than the Porterhouse Steak. Well stored and left out of the fridge to relax for at least 2 hours and well salted, before you put it on a "hot" Grill or into a hot pan to sear it for no more than 5 minutes to perfection on each side. Then spice it on both sides with Delicious Noise, let it sit a minute or two, slice it up and serve it with a side of Chef Roland's Cream of Garlic.. What a happening..!
